When Marc moved to Portugal in 1990, he had no idea he'd fall in love twice, once with Juca, a Sesimbra native, and again with her hometown. They met in 1991, and Sesimbra has been woven into their lives ever since. For Juca, this isn't just a beautiful coastal town, it's home. The streets, the beaches, the rhythms of daily life are part of her DNA. For Marc, what started as a new adventure became a true and enduring love for the place and its people. Together, they've spent decades returning here, season after season, building a life between Belgium and the Portuguese coast. After finding their perfect spot near Sesimbra, they poured their hearts into creating a space that reflects everything they love about being here: comfort, beauty, and that unmistakable Portuguese ease.
Now, they're opening their doors to share it with you. This is more than a vacation rental to them. It's their sanctuary, their gathering place, their second home. And they can't wait for you to experience the Sesimbra they know and love. Marc & Juca wish you a wonderful stay at Casa Alice.

Casa Alice exceeded all expectations. The space is stylish, quiet, and incredibly comfortable , ideal for switching off from everyday life. I loved spending mornings by the pool and evenings on the terrace.
Staying at Casa Alice felt like stepping into a calm little retreat. The private pool, peaceful outdoor space, and beautiful design made it hard to leave the property at all. Every detail feels thoughtful, and you can really sense the care that’s been put into creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect spot to unwind and recharge highly recommended!

What a wonderful week at Casa Alice! As a couple living in Lisbon, we're always looking for places to escape the city buzz during summer, and this was exactly what we needed. We loved having our own pool and the outdoor area became our sanctuary. Marc and Juca clearly put a lot of love into this place and it shows. We're already planning our next escape here!
